Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Placed a pick up order online and it was ready within 20 minutes. I got an email when it was ready so I drove that way. Parking lot is small but it's not a sit down place, so that's not a problem. I walked in and no one greeted me. To my left was the magic Pizza Portal (TM) with my name on it - literally, this heated box that keeps your items warm while they wait your arrival has my name listed above it. I scanned the QR code in my email and -magic- the Portal opened for me to grab my pizza. It was just almost too warm to grab but I didn't mind. There was no reminder to grab my own drink though, so I would have been mad if I made it home without my Root Beer. I grabbed it myself, and still no one noticed me or said hello. I guess the door doesn't have a bell or something. Made it home without spilling anything. Their Crazy Puffs are tasty but mine were a little chewy. I expected melt in your mouth dough and creamy cheese and it was just okay. It's about $4 for four of them, so I will probably pass on them next time. They'd be a fun party item. I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good! I'd get it again. There are just enough pepperonis but the cheese kept falling off the limp crust. The only saving grace about this pizza is the stuffed crust. Man is that cheese and crazy seasoning such a good combination. We used to love Little Caesar’s when we moved to Yukon many years ago. The one we used to go to on Vandament got so bad we quit going. Lots of better pizza places around. I was driving by one night and saw the new one on Cemetery Road and thought what the heck I will try the new one. We ordered a supreme and it was awesome. Lots of ingredients and cooked perfectly. We were impressed. I was finishing up something last night and drove by and pulled in to try it again to see if it was a fluke. The manager Ricki took my order. She was very friendly. Our Supreme pizza was perfect again with lots of ingredients. We also got some crazy bread and sauce. The bread was long and thin and very tasty and crisp. Sauce was their sauce that we always loved. I don’t know about the other location if it has improved so much like this but the one on Cemetery Road was so good we will not go back to the other one plus this new location is closer. Ricki and her staff deserve you giving them a try. Crust, toppings and quality are so much better than I remember. We don’t eat pizza very often but we will go back to this location when we do. 3 star for the atmosphere because it is just a drive thru and small order/pick up area and not a candlelight dinner place but it...

SUPER disappointed in the customer service at this store. The employees working completed our order without giving us our crazy bread. The manager said it would be 20-30 minutes for crazy bread. While inside a man in front of us asked for a refund and was TOLD NO! The manager yelled to the employee this customer would not be getting his refund and would have to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive the rest of his order. After hearing this we decided to not even worry about the crazy bread and take the rest of our order home. What manager refuses a refund because it’s taking over an hour to complete this customers order?! I’m appalled this kind of customer service is acceptable to the owners. We will not be back and absolutely will not recommend this location to anyone in our area. This really stinks too since it’s the closest pizza place...
