Dishonest individuals that if they feel intimated by you will fabricate stories to fit a certain narrative. Trying to Catfish someone in a "I got you moment" with a lack of information on "key things" is truly sloppy and distasteful. Work on your communication skills. To the blonde hair male manager you're in a position of power as a manager and you let this employee Addy manipulate you into interrogate a customer without a full account of key important information. Meanwhile she laughs in the corner eating "popcorn" enjoying the show. Communication is very important!! Its frightening that you're in a leadership role. What you shouldve say and done is. And i quote " Hey i heard something about you, i didn't know know if it was true or not so i wanted to clear the air honorably man to man and HEAR YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY" end quote

But no it didnt go down like that you ran the back of the stockroom when I make great points on accountability, that the other party has a job to give clear disclosure of IMPORTANT Information. 2. (Sept. 2023)I have used Stella Nova’s drive-thru several times and there’s never been an issue - it’s always good service. Today, I went into the store and the service was very much lacking. In addition to their register failing several times during my order, we had to ask three times for the waters we ordered. Once we ordered, we went to wait by the pick-up area. It was then that we saw the woman who took our order give the next customer in line the water she ordered. I guess she’s the one who gives the water out so the other baristas can focus on the coffee. Nevertheless, none of the other baristas seemed eager to go out of their way to get the water after being asked a second time. They all moved really slowly and we had to get their attention when standing at the counter in need of help. When we did finally get their attention, there was minimal response. Immediately after dropping an order at the counter, they kept their heads down and ignored anyone who was standing there. I also ordered a black coffee with room for cream and sugar. The cream was not out by the waiting area, but again, it took me having to get their attention after waiting at the counter for a minute to get any. Local, Hip, and Spacious Coffee Shop

Time: Saturday, late morning. (Any time of day has been great.)

Seating & Ambiance: Very Spacious seating, with a variety in seating areas. There are a variety of chairs from individual cushioned pullout chairs, to pivoting from beneath the big picnic table, to a cozy lounge area that has a mini living room touch with a long soda and individual reading chairs. Iron like tables and seats are available at the eastern entrance, as well. Ambience is welcoming and warm, with a gentle touch of wood and earthy connection. It's truly an Oklahoma feel with a touch of Texas. There is a beautifully, yet simple landscaped perimeter with a nice easterly view, from the window or outdoor seating area. They just added a shelving unit with books and games, this week!

Customer Service: Friendly and ready to take your order, answer questions, and make suggestions. They are welcoming.

Quality of Food: I've personally had the blueberry scones, blueberry flavored and lemon poppyseed flavored muffins, chocolate cupcake, and spinach savory pastry. Each food items were better than anticipated. My husband likes the black coffee, light roast. The iced and hot caramel macchiato coffees are made just right. The quality and flavors were delectable and satisfying.
