Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma

Ordered a Stromboli, a calizone, and cheese sticks. My wait time was 45 mins for a pick up order. I almost canceled it and decided not to. I waited the 45 mins and went to pick up my food. Drove back home and fed my kids only to realize I was serving them raw dough. Like biting in to uncooked biscuits. Disgusting. Immediately called to get a refund since we had already waited so long. We were told we would need to bring the raw pizza back to prove to them.it was raw. So we drove back to be met by the manager, Tara. She Immediately had an attitude with me telling me I wasn't allowed to come into the lobby with my pizza. She told me a refund wasn't allowed, it wasn't her policy to give refunds. I told her I'd just call Corp then. She got really hateful. There were 5 people standing inside the store while I picked up my food and again when I returned it. Come to find out 2 of those people were up there hanging out with Tara while she worked. Is that why it took 45 mins when they weren't busy either time I went up there? Probably. The manager was completely unprofessional, cussed at me, flipped me off, talked about my kids in a gross manner. I got my refund but I will never go back to this location. The previous manager, Glenda, was a Saint and this would have never been an issue with her there. I learned tonight she retired and Tara is the new manager. Turley has lost my family as customers and I will be sure to tell people about my experience. I will only go to Owasso or Ramona from now on. Can not wait for the Skiatook location to open. Turley is ghetto and so are their employees as of now. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. Simple simons should be ashamed of the people being the faces of their brand at this location. Took an hour from the time I placed my order online until I finally got it. The workers were so unprofessional and rude and could not give me a straight answer of how long it would take. When I was finally told it was ready, they attempted to give me my order without my pizza. Finally left with my food after a full hour. The pizza tasted mediocre at best and the garlic bread (if you can even call it that) tasted like rubber. Everything about this experience was horrible. I will not be returning.

Update: I called to ask for a refund as the food was inedible. The manager refused to speak to me on the phone and had the associate tell me that they would only refund it if I drove back to their store. When I stated that I would not be driving back over there, they rudely told me to call the 1-800 number online and ended...

I worked here. You wouldn't believe the amount of Osha violations, low pay, cruel work environment, and lackluster management they have. Take it from and insider... don't get food from here unless you know someone that works here.

They literally allow dirty mop water to splash into the next day's dough for crusts, drop utensil constantly and just rinse it, and when I worked there I'd be the only one working while 2-3 others were out back smoking constantly and if I asked for help I'd get bitched at. This business is horrible unless your a friend of an employee. Even then your paying too damn much.
