A & S Pizzeria — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

I ordered from here once and when I called to see why my food hadn't arrived (after over an hour and twenty minutes), the man who answered the phone yelled at me telling me I should not have used online ordering and that it was my fault my food wasn't there because if I wanted faster food, I should have called and ordered. To add, I was very polite and never raised my voice or had an attitude. I simply asked if the driver was having trouble finding the place. The man over the phone told me he had just left (mind you, this is about 80 min after I ordered) and when I asked when they could get there, he said 10 min. So when 15 minutes passed, again, now we are at over an hour and a half, he again screamed at me and hung up the phone for having the audacity to call and ask about my food. Cant say I've ever had anyone react that way to a customer wanting their food on time. I never got my food and luckily was able to get a refund from the online app, but I will never order from here again. Tons of other places. I refuse to be screamed at by the man over the phone because I am asking about an order. Terrible service and it's not like the pizza is all...

This is the second time I've had a bad experience here with their delivery service. The first time, I waited over an hour for my pizza. I eventually called and said to cancel because I had somewhere to be, and the driver got nasty with me over the phone. Tonight, I placed an order for two plain pizzas. I received one plain pie, and one white pie. I called and they said they would bring me my plain pizza. Fifty minutes later, still no pizza. I called and the manager got on the phone, and apparently they haven't even left with my pie. You'd think they would let me keep the white pie just for the fact that I paid for bad service, but he tells me to return the white pie. Never ordering from...

Have been eating there food since they opened. Have been living in south old bridge for 30 years, grew up eating Pete’s pizza from vitalis, Craig’s pizza from Nicholo’s and bonnettis, sams pizza from Giovanni’s, and I love each and every one of them Individually. A&S hands down deserves a title for being a staple on englishtown road. There margarita pie is excellent, hot dishes are excellent, service is excellent, and haven’t had a single complaint since the day they opened. 5...
