Wawa — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

I walked into the bathroom the one stall had no toilet paper and the other one didn’t open maybe it was jammed. I asked the guy at the front desk for toilet paper he sent a young lady in to fill it up. As she came out I went to go say thank you so much and as I was at the thank you- part she turned around with an attitude “there was toilet paper in the other stall” which then I told her I tried to open it and she turns to me and goes “you push it” she must hate her job because she was all around nasty. Not only that but the bathroom was dirty with pee on the seat and paper all over the floor. But she obviously didn’t care when she saw it putting toilet paper in the bathroom. I’m laughing because it doesn’t take much to be nice, and I understand that places get busy, and sometimes we over look things, but if your staff were just nice about it and smiled this review never would of happened. From a wawa sandwich lover, I always order the sandwiches on doordash for years now and there is always something missing on the sandwich. When you try calling the store no one ever answers. But the tables have turned today. I called the store to make sure my sandwich is made right after I placed the order even though didn’t expect anyone to answer cuz no one ever does and the night manager Joe answers the phone. This man was a gentlemen and you can hear the genuine work ethic in his voice and I’m so glad someone like Joe is at this location bringing service back to this location and the care it needs. He made sure my sandwich was made right and if I ever had a problem he asked to make sure to call the store and it will always be answered and it will always be made properly. This Wawa has the worse customer service ever I ordered a quesadilla and they just threw a bunch of cheese in a box and called it a day they didn’t cut the quesadilla so I returned to the store seconds after leaving and opening the box I asked if someone could cut it for me and the lady hands me a plastic knife and fork saying they can’t do that for me since it left the deli station but can someone explain to me how I was supposed to know it wasn’t cut if the box comes closed I asked for a refund which was received but with attitude and a very sour face I don’t see myself returning To this specific Wawa due to...
