Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Old Town

Im updating my review. Ive tried to give this DQ chance after chance to be better and I have been let down every time. The food sucks. Plain and simple. Every time. Delivery is awful through Doordash. They always forget something that messes up my meal. I'm done giving this place a chance. Thanks for trying DQ but I'm afraid I'll never be back.

The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating available inside. The service was faster than expected. This led us to believe the food was not made to order. After receiving the food it was confirmed it was not cooked to order. The chicken tenders were dry and flavorless. The burger patties were a bit dry as well. Has always been a five star place for me but today's experience was less than stellar. Shift leader, Emma, was quite the little spit fire at her workers today. I was sitting down for a nice Father's day lunch with my family and she was screaming at everyone. Someone made a mistake and made Oreo blizzards and she just snapped at everyone in her way. At one point, someone took a drive through order and she snapped, "I'VE BEEN OUTBACK WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF THE FRONT BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON RIGHT NOW!" She continued to "scold them" for doing other things, on the front end, in front of everyone including other staff members on the grill. Some of the people in my party informed the cashier that they wanted the meal and a drink. The drink cup was not on the tray and when the tray was taken back to the register, the slip did not show that it was ordered. They wait was several mlnutes, which caused some of the food to get cooled off. After the meal was done, some of those in the party went for blizzards, with one being made that was wrong.
