The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the vibrant and playful depiction of everyone's favorite lasagna-loving cat. Skip the meatloaf was dry, the cheese steak was salty. I wanted so much to give this restaurant a good review. We went back twice to give it a good try. The second visit for lunch was worse than the first time. This Time if you ordered a dinner they offered you a soup. The last time when I ordered the meatloaf I wasn't offered soup. There's a manager lady who was threatening to fire the waitress in front of the customer's. What kind of business does that in front of the customer's talk about awkward. Plus the manager lady made it a point to ask about the gratuity. Than took the machine and wrote down the tip on the bill. Unfortunately I don't see this restaurant making it. We've tried this place several times. We used to go there for breakfast regularly before it was redvo. The service now is terrible. I dont understand why because it's been less than half full every time we've been there. It takes forever to get the food. The food has actually been good. This last time we went in, we sat down and had coffee within a few minutes. So we were hopeful. (Although I could not drink the coffee. I dont know if they have well water, but the coffee had a metallic taste.) But then the waitress never came back to take our order. It wasn't busy. She was standing behind the counter. After about 10 minutes, another couple came in and she immediately went over, brought them drinks and proceeded to take their order.
