Tres Hermanos Nunez — Restaurant in Olive Hill

Ok we are being tourists and seeing Carter Caves... Looked up restaurants and it said this was good. Came out and I wanted the California Nachos but I hate tomatoes and mushrooms and I love jalepenos and they grill them so I was like "fresh not picked... I need some" so I subtracted the 2 items and added the other and no complaints from the waitress... All 4 of us placed our orders and it was like 7-10 mins maybe the order came out I figured they had the wrong table... And I figured my order would be a bit off with that many changes if it really was ours (and I'd just deal with it... I request stuff but I deal I don't throw fits). Anyway... It was all ours and it was all correct and it was delicious. They stayed on top of our drinks and our chips and salsa... Kinda wished I didn't have to drive so I could have done a dessert and margaritas or something... If I pass through again I'll definitely be back.

My wife talks me into visiting Tres Hermanos Nunez on a regular basis because she loves their food. My daughter drops in from Louisville and demands we drive for their veggie quesadilla. She is tiny but always manages to inhale the entire meal!

I REALLY like how they are fast, accurate, and consistent in packing everything you need for takeout. I don't have to check the meals, I know they will be hot, tasty, and well packed.

Entered into the restaurant and was seated in a booth 6 adults and 2 children . My coffee would have been better if the waitress would have brought me sugar as I asked instead of totally ignoring my request. My meal would have been better if I had a fork to eat with instead of a spoon I used for my coffee. Even though I did ask for one, for myself and my partner. Thank goodness he only wanted fries.
