Armadillo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Olla

I was very impressed the first time I came after hearing about this place. The food was great and everyone moved with a purpose. Well tonight after spending about an hour and a half to two hours in the ER with my 5 month old having him seen after being exposed to RSV and him developing a bad cough, after I got off work, I was one of those people who come in WAY too close to close. They'd already started cleaning and yet were still willing to make my fajitas as if it was no big deal. I was so grateful for how gracious they were about it when they very easily could've turned me away stating the grill was being cleaned. It definitely made my night better. First of all… my whole order was messed up and i had to send it back… then when i got my check it was 20$ more than it should have been and the waitress tried to charge me for and extra queso after my family ordered two not three. I could tell that they were talking about us in Spanish right in front of our faces which in fact is very much disrespectful to my family and i. We were coming back from Jonesville and got hungry, so we decided to try it when we got to Olla, Louisiana. It is a nice little restaurant. The whole place is very colorful. I got the chicken enchiladas with a sour cream sauce. It was delicious. My only complaint is the chips were a little too cooked. Oh, during my lunch, a storm blew through and knocked the power.
