McDonald's — Restaurant in Olla

This particular location has consistently provided excellent customer service, clean eating environment, good quality of food (as per my understanding of the franchise expectations). As far as fast food is concerned, I find the food preparation to be as good as one can expect from a McDonald's. I am a firm believer in VERY limited intake of ANY fast food. I am not comparing McDonald's to any other brand of fast food franchise or corporation. Take this review however you want, it is, after all, justy particular opinion based on the experiences I have had.

I have had several bad experiences here (ABOUT... 10 to 12 times total). I can only recall one that was even worth calling corporate over.

Of course, they've been over the course of 8 YEARS, soooo they've averaged about one and a half tiemest a year. That, in my opinion, is an EXCELLENT track record. This is EASILY "one of", if not "THE" best location I've ever been to.

This location is where my ex and I meet to exchange our child for custody arrangements. She gets her every other weekend so that's 4 stops here a month for about 9 months of the year. AT LEAST 2x's (of the 4 total per month), I make a food purchase. AT LEAST 1 addition time (of the remaining possible 2, of the 4 total) there is some sort of staff interaction (bathroom stop or maybe we chose to eat inside that time).

I stopped by there every morning on my way to work out of the way I might add to get two to three chicken McGriddles. Today on my way to run some errands I get there at about 10: 23 and of course there is a line in the Drive-Thru. I sit there and wait and finally I get up to the ordering kiosk at 10:33. I asked to place my order for breakfast and I am brutally told that they are already serving lunch. I found this very irritating and I was extremely livid because after sitting 10 minutes in the line to get my morning breakfast I am rudely told that I cannot get my breakfast because they are already serving lunch. The lady on the other end told me and I quote, "I talked to my manager and no matter how long you sit there we are only serving lunch at this time". I've never been spoken to you so rudely and I've never had management be so lazy to never even once go above and beyond for their not customer but patron. I did think this was a great, fast location until my mosy recent experience. I ordered $1 cheeseburgers burgers for myself and family as a light snack in the drive-thru. When I got to the window I was told my total was $9 and some change. Later that night I got a notification on my cell that the purchase went through but it had a higher amount than $9. I went out to find my receipt only to see that after I was told my total the girl at the window added an extra meal to my ticket. I honestly believe it was done purposefully because if it had been an accident the extra food would have been in my bag and it was not. I believe I was used to purchase the employees lunch which I would have gladly done without the need to...
