This is for The two young children working, a tank top isn't sanitary while making food for others, which i was able to sneak a photo of his hairy armpits flinging around everwhere. That I'm going to send to corporate, I'm sure Osha has some guidelines on dress code. Secondly I made an online order for 2 topping and have a conformation of my order, the children continued to argue that the order had glitched. So my wife received a cheese pizza. But the children had made it seem it was an inconvenience to fix the mistake on thier behalf, also the two toppings where right in front of them and couldn't add the toppings without mumbling under there breath. Things happen but sometimes you got to man up and make it right. After all it was the kids mistake. An adult should be present to show them that they are in the hospitality business, I'll never do business with this location ever again. It's not Papa Murphys fault. It's the parents that raise these little brats. These two should be punished by the manager, to make things clear the time of this incident was on 4/17/24 @ 7:10pm, worst...

The food is always fresh and made with quality ingredients. I have never had an issue with getting exactly what I want. Where this location falls a little short for me is that the last 2 times I placed an order online and gave it a good amount of time before I went to pick it up, my order still wasn't ready and they didn't start making it until I got there which was a bit of a nuisance. The last time I ordered, my husband went in to pick it up and nobody said a word to him. Nobody greeted him, nobody asked if he was picking up an order or if he needed to place an order...nothing. And then when I finally went in and waited with him I asked the people if they knew what we were waiting for and they said they were making it now. I dont know how they knew who we were or which pizza we ordered because nobody said a word to us and I am not a regular at this location. It was weird to say the least. I just ordered a stuffed Chicago style pizza which my family has ordered on several occasions, specifically for special occasions because it is so good. The pizza I just received was not it, there are no toppings when I paid for extra sausage, the inside has barely anything except sauce and some sausage. Presentation was awful and this was not worth my time or the 18 freaking dollars I paid for it. To top it off, I wasn’t going to drive back in the last 15 minutes you were open because I know how irritating that is as a food service worker to have to remake/make something right at close, instead I tried calling. FOURTEEN TIMES. AND NO ONE ANSWERED.
