Dauntless Soul Brew Co. — Restaurant in Omro

I have never tried this place and I never will. I worked an event with this business today and they were extremely disrespectful. We are an ice cream shop, that requires a large generator. I was allowed to be at this event if I could bring my own power. One of the ladies came up to us right away and complained to us. I tried to accommodate her and move it (mind you it’s 1000lbs) I moved the motor away from her booth and it still wasn’t good enough, a worker placed tables around the generator and didn’t ask prior to doing so, following that she went to the person in charge of the event to come and talk to us. After a few hours in our generator turned off for some reason and the 2 ladies clapped. That is so extremely disrespectful, and so unprofessional. When I walked out to see what was happening the lady shrugged her shoulders at me with a huge smile. I was able to get my generator back on and she rolled her eyes at me and said something to the customer she was helping, I could tell because as she was doing it her customer looked up at me and started to laugh. I am so disgusted by their behavior. Small business to small business it’s pretty sad, we are both trying to do the same thing with no similar menu items. Funny thing, the Saturday morning we met there, was one where our lovely Wisconsin climate turned to 10 degrees 😆. I was not dressed appropriately.

I had no idea Dauntless was only outside, no inside tables. My friend sent me a message that I didn't see until I got there, explaining she reserved an igloo....ummm🤔Why do we need an igloo?

There were plenty of blankets inside the igloo and a small space heater, although I think it would serve customers better if it was on the floor instead of a table.

I can no longer remember what flavor latte I had but it was strawberry magnificence! I was there around Valentines Day. Again, not a regular coffee drinker so it's impressive to have something that delicious.

8/13/25 I went to Dauntless today. we stopped by this morning to meet a friend. I got the kids a scone which looked super amazingly delicious, a few flavors to choose from. Their coffees look amazing. I highly recommend the cold brews with flavor and cold foam and they do have specials of those as well, and they have the lotus drinks or flavored lemonades of many different flavors. The kids got flavored lemonades, blue raspberry and cotton candy. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam with banana and cardamom, but not too sweet, which was amazingly delicious.
