Being local, it's not easy finding a place to enjoy a meal out. My wife and I patronized Manzana's fairly frequently, but they have lost my business. I can completely understand a raise in prices with the economy the way it is and the difficulty in retaining staff, so the price increases I could live with. Manzana's is not a cheap place to eat by any means, but we enjoyed the food. Recently however, I placed a carry out order as I have done multiple times. When I arrived at the register, I was told that there was an additional 3% charge if I was not paying cash, and then asked if I still wanted my order. Nice to let me know when I ordered. I just ate the cost (pun intended) because it was late and we wanted to eat. Unfortunately, I won't be back. It's just more money than it is worth now. I get paid direct deposit like many folks these days, so I often just pay with debit card. I'm just not going to pay an additional 3% on top of an already $56.00 order. For me, it's just excessive and not a good value anymore. Decent food though but it's priced for travelers who don't mind spending more money for average food....

We stayed not far from Manzana's outside of Onaway. We enjoyed dinner here on 2 different occasions during our stay. We had the pizza on night 1 and really enjoyed it. The crust is the perfect balance of chewy with a crispy bottom, the toppings were generous and definitely balanced for a great pizza. We also tried the Cajun Shrimp dip, which was amazing.

For our second visit, I tried the burrito during their Mexican dinner night. It was good, but more than I was expecting with meat, beans, and rice inside, added cheese sauce, and then all the toppings. Typically, not a terrible thing if expecting a supreme burrito experience, but also not advertised. Having dietary restrictions there were things I would have preferred not to have in the burrito, so I felt like I threw more away than I would normally have instead of saving for another meal. He had the Hot Turkey sandwich and enjoyed that it was made with real turkey and enjoyed the sides and gravy.

The waitress was the same each night and she did a great job, and was...

I’ve been eating at this restaurant my entire life - and as of my last two experiences ordering here, I’ll never be eating here again! The online menu and the in-app menus are COMPLETELY different from one another (the online menu has things they don’t have on their in-store or in-app menu, things from an old menu). There are absolutely no warning signs on the website to tell me that the menu is old. To anyone who wouldn’t know better, it looks like a current menu! And to speak on my experience today, I ordered ONE THING! With a half full parking lot and I’m waiting an hour for one wrap?! This is ridiculous. If you are truly THAT BUSY you shouldn’t have an employee outside taking a smoke break. Business should come first! 100% unsatisfied. An hour for one order is insane. Worst place to eat in...

Stopped here to get some lunch. As soon as we walked in we were mesmerized by the display case of freshly made pies and desserts. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was a delight! She was friendly and attentive. We ordered summer avocado salad with poppyseed dressing and a grilled chicken grinder with chips. The portions were very generous, the sandwich was served hot and fresh, and everything was delicious! We went around 2pm and people were filtering in and out- and that’s always a good sign - locals must think this is a great place too! The menu is large and full of yummy options. Sadly, we were too stuffed to eat dessert. We had to walk past all the yummy pies and desserts to leave. We will be back. 10/10 recommend!

The waitress was very warm and welcoming The atmosphere was nice The sandwich was ok...but for that much $ I wish they would learn how to make the old style italian po boy roast beef steamed over bell peppers generously served on a real fresh french bread 8" roll. Just wll seasoned beef and steamed bell peppers no cheese or lettuce and tomato. The smell fills the air for miles and draws in customers. Mmmmmmm those are unforgettable..

I went in today to get the loaded fries right? Online it says only bacon and nacho cheese on it and it was completely different in person and they didn’t bother to tell me that the online menu was wrong and would not make it how it says online or offer me a refund so I was stuck with food I would not enjoy and out of my money that I thought was going to what I wanted. I do not recommend ordering online.
