Scott Co Food Court — Restaurant in Oneida

While I was waiting on my food I heard a man come in and complain that he got all the way home and noticed they forgot his French dip sauce at Arbys. So I guess I should of checked inside my order at Long John Silvers but I left and once I got home I did not receive my add a piece of chicken that I purchased! The food was good and they are nice as can be there I just felt like it's a lot of kids with no supervision or something. It is very disappointing to place an order only to find out once your 10 miles away they did not give you what you paid for.

I ate at Arby's at the Scott County Food Court earlier and I thought they deserved a review. First the service was slow and rude . Scott County is a small county where everyone knows everyone and it this played a factor in my visit to Arby's an irratating experience. They were rude and after paying $30 dollars they hand me someone else's order. They were very rude and it was all because of a certain person, my ex sister in law (Jackie Lowe) . Which was recently charged with child abuse and child neglect, but should have been charged with accessory for not reporting her husband...

This review is for Arby's. We ordered our food and drinks and when we got to the window the girl tried to tell us we didn't order a third drink when it was clearly on the receipt. She gave us the drink finally and we asked for straws. She laughed and said ok, slammed the window, walked over to the other girl and started talking and laughing like we didn't need straws. We sat there for 3/4 more minutes and she walked away like we didn't exist. Rude. Just plain rude. Those kids that work there do not care about customer service...
