Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Oneonta

We won’t be going back to this location. We’ve given this location chance after chance with same issues Everytime. We were in line 30 minutes before it even moved at all. Another few minutes at the speaker before our order was taken. In line over 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. The bacon is cold and not done on salads and they always give 2 small salad dressings for a large salad which most times the dressing isn’t all the way filled in the small black cups. They always have dressing all on the outside of the cups. Disgusting. It’s not worth the wait everytime.

UPDATE: Gave them another try and of course still the same! The line never moves, they Never give a reasonable amount of dressing for a large salad. How is someone gonna eat a salad with one small dressing cup? Go in to get more and they walk around like you’re not standing there. Just awful. Cold chicken and bacon. Corporate really needs to do something about this location. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. If you have a time on your lunch break DO NOT GO HERE. The people over this jacks are NOT taking all of these complaints seriously because NOTHING...

My friend and I had came to Jack's and ordered two 6 price boneless chicken fingers and mash potatoes an green beans. I drove off from the drive thru and parked and we open our boxes and seen that it was a two price so I drive back around and told the employees that our food was wrong I had paid $10.98 for our food the manager came to the window and ask what was wrong and I told her the sign says 6 price 4.99 on the front of the store. She would Not fix what was wrong she had told me that she was going to charge me for another meal when I had already paid for two meals That's the same price making me pay for three meals and not fixing the problem with the two meals that are wrong. I think that they need to get rid of the manager and give me and my Friend the right meal and not charge me for another meal. She was wrong for what she has done by wanting to charge me again for the meals after I had already paid for the two piece that was wrong. She would Not fix what they had done wrong so I drove off mad. Not getting the right two meals that I had already paid for. She is and was so wrong. I thought the coustmer is. Always right. I guess not...

This is the worst Jacks ever! Sadly it’s the one in my hometown but I’ve seen 10-15 customers having to stand in the rain because they wouldn’t unlock the doors for breakfast, every other time I go they mess up my order. And the last time they messed it up there was 2 other customers that had came back to complain about a messed up order. Then as I’m leaving I double check and they still had not gotten my order correct. This place by far has the worst management I have ever seen. And I don’t know what happened because this was my favorite jacks until recently. There are many more complaints and I could write a book on it but I just advise everyone to find another local jacks and go there if they want their food...
