BIGGBY COFFEE Edwardsburg, MI — Restaurant in Ontwa Township

I’ve never had an issue with this location. However, this morning I decided to do a mobile order and pick it up inside the store. I walked in (never did the mobile order before). I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go, I was just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. A worker, an older woman (gray hair), said nothing but “the line starts OVER there” pointing rudely. I said “I actually have a mobile order”. She continues “we don’t have a mobile order, it’s not here. Did you make sure it was THIS location?” Here’s your sign NOT to place a mobile order with this location. They won’t have your order and will not help you get a refund… they didn’t care I was standing there not knowing what to do, didn’t care to see my order confirmation. Started to make biggby a morning routine for me and i’ve only visited the edwardsburg location 2, now 3 times. Each time i have gone there im greeted with older aged ladies who have the worst attitudes out of any food industry workers i’ve ever encountered. Both times ive gone in they are rude and act entitled. Makes me question why they even choose to have this job anyway if they hate it so much. My final straw was going through the drive through and the lady snapped very rudely at my girlfriend when she started to order before the lady was ready to take it (tall white 40-50 year old brunette) The food quality here is the same physically as other biggby’s, but will taste sour because of how the employees treat you. Updating a previous 5-Star Review:

It boggles my mind how coupon/savings-averse this location has become. They recently removed themselves as a location that accepts coupons from Michiana Saver. Even before that, they told me they were no longer giving rewards points for the drink you bought with a BOGO coupon. No other locations do this that I've experienced. Hopefully these changes are temporary, but until then I'll splurge on coffee elsewhere.
