I love the Chick-fil-A brand because of their superior customer service but the location in Opelousas, LA does not aline with their counterparts. The customer service is so different here. They DO NOT respond with the known and warm "my pleasure!" Nor are they friendly when giving your food. I just had an employee ask my name, hand me my order and walk off without saying a word. She was fully engaged in a conversation with her manager and paid me no mind. I don't think she ment to be rude but, she was. Also it may just be my personal preference but, I hate when they come up to my car to take my order and ask what can they get for me with NO menu!!!! I don't understand why this is their practice? When I do place my order at the speaker, sometimes they will come to the car to collect the payment. It always make me very uncomfortable when I have to give them my debit or credit card and they walk off with it. I would also like to add that I just paid in cash and the server dropped change in my hand as though she was afraid to touch my hand, again, that was rude. Read moreSo, I went to Chick-fil-A in Opelousas the other day, and honestly, it was one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The food was exactly how it should be – hot, fresh, and delicious. But what really stood out was the incredible service, all thanks to this employee named Kevin. The other workers there called him little Kev it was the cutest thing, it told me a lot, that he had a contagious personality, you could also tell he’s the youngest baby in there. Seriously, that young man was a ray of sunshine! He had this incredibly warm smile and a knack for making you feel like your satisfaction was his top priority. He even remembered my name and order when I returned to the counter, and made small talk which was not only impressive but also showed he genuinely cared. Read moreI ordered food on 3/22/2024. I called 5 minutes after getting home and spoke to a manager who was nice and willing to accommodate me because my whole order was wrong. I was told to come back with my receipt when it was convenient for me. I went back today on 3/25/2024. I was met with a rude manager named Latricia who was complaining to her coworker that too many people are getting free food and there was no way they could have made my whole order wrong, which they did. I've been to Chic-fil-A several times since it has opened and never had a problem with the food or service. But on this occasion my whole order was completely wrong.
