Just the worse boudin and cracklin ever. Pork cracklin was dry and turned to pork powder when you chewed it. A few were just ok. Chicken cracklin was ok. The boudin, just horrible. Got the smoked boudin. It was dry, tasteless and not smoky at all. I threw half the link away. Should be ashamed to charge this high for this quality of food. If I can even describe it as quality. This is a really good local spot for boudin and cracklins! I stopped here on my way back from Florida to Texas and had a craving for some boudin. This place did not disappoint at all.
