Some of the nicest people you will ever meet and the worst part of visiting is deciding what you order since everything I've tried is awesome. Great place, all the tables and chairs are old all wood dining room table sets. Menu is nice, not overly complicated.

Had the chicken fried steak l(it was kinda small, but really good) entree, comes with a baked potato, salad bar(which has a ton of extras, pepper rings, pepperoni, cheeses, dressings, a couple pasta salads, pudding and oreo fluff.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mama’s Place while visiting Oquawka in September. Delish BLT, hot & crispy fries, & a perfect midwestern salad bar. Iceberg lettuce, bacon, cheese & the kind of Ranch dressing you only find on salad bars in smaller towns (or make at home from the packet) & all sorts of salads.
