Found the Tea House after the original place we were going was unexpectedly closed. Luckily, we found a place with excellent food. The place quickly became very busy and almost all tables were occupied. This led to the only detractor (minus 1 ⭐). There was only 1 server and he was very busy and service suffered slightly as a result. My father said the Hot and Sour Soup was the best he ever had. My mother said the same about her wonton soup. Everything else was very good with the right amount of spicy sweetness on the Pork with Garlic Sauce.

Bad Chinese place I wanted to order a combo meal but they excluded chicken fingers and chicken wings from the appetizers witch iver never seen before so I got an order if chicken fingers and pork fried rice. My pork fried rice had one piece of pork in it...just one and it was a hunk of fat no eggs no shoots no vegetables no nothing at all. My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken with double crab Rangoon and the double was 4 crab Rangoon unbelievable. Never again

We found each of the entrees, is vegetables for crisp the meat was fresh greese held to a minimum. Very large menu covering many different cuisines. Was surprised that certain combinations that you're used to seeing where there but they're made up by other combinations you really find. They soon will be opening up a Athol location up near Market basket looking forward to that day.

If you've never been to the Tea House in Orange, MA, let me tell you—you have not truly lived. This place isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a portal to flavor enlightenment.

First things first: the Scorpion Bowl. I don’t know what kind of ancient magic they use to mix this thing, but it’s the closest I’ve ever come to breathing fire like a dragon and enjoying every second of it. One sip, and suddenly, I’m fluent in Mandarin and moonwalking across the dining room.

The rice? Perfect. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know if they have a dedicated Rice Whisperer in the kitchen or if the grains just respect them more than anyone else, but it’s always fluffy, never clumpy, and just the right amount of sticky.

Now, let’s talk about the dumplings with ginger sauce. I’m pretty sure if I were ever stranded on a deserted island and could only bring one food, it would be these. The dumplings are so perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it’s like they trained at a Shaolin monastery. And the ginger sauce? Absolute sorcery. I considered drinking it straight but decided to maintain some dignity (barely).

As for the teriyaki chicken and beef, I can confidently say this is the best in the world. I don’t care where you’ve been—Japan, Korea, some mystical hidden village known only to food gods—nothing touches what Tea House is serving up. The glaze is so perfect, I wouldn’t be surprised if they made a deal with a flavor deity.

In conclusion, if you haven't been to Tea House, what are you even doing with your life? Get there immediately, order everything, and prepare for your taste buds to write you a heartfelt thank-you letter.

Worse service ever today today. Got there and waited 15 minutes to sit, which wasn't bad but then it happened...we waited an hour to receive our food. Now while I understand its New Years Eve and they are quite busy, 3 other tables that came in 10-20 minutes after us, got their food before us. My stepsons came out lukewarm, my sons lukewarm as well, and mine was cold. My fiancé's came 5 minutes after all of ours, and came out piping hot. When we asked to speak to a supervisor and/or manager, they ignored us. So I had to get up and be rude to speak with one. A young girl who maybe was about 18 came to speak to us, she barely apologized to us and told our waiter how unsatisfied we were. They recooked my stepsons food, but I refused seeing "it takes a long time" according to the server. We finally gave up and asked for the check, they said oh here we gave you a discount. The discount was our kids drinks weren't charged. Pretty sad if you ask me. They definitely lost us as customers. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. So sad seeing another business...

I discovered this place looking for a good halfway place to meet my brother for lunch.

It’s a very nice and quiet place. It’s very clean and roomy too. The waitress we had is named Yo-yo. She’s such a pleasant person. She’s very helpful and always tries to please.

Today I had an episode with my esophagus. I get these twice a year, but today was one of them. Yo-yo tried to help me but needed to use her phone for translation. She’s such a sweetheart!

She helped me by getting some warm water for me to drink. After a short while I felt relief. She made sure I was ok . My brother left to pickup done Tums nearby, he returned and I found the Tums really help a lot.

Yo-yo packed my leftovers (their serving size even for lunch is huge!). This was the second visit for us, we plan to return! Can’t ask for anything better! Yo-yo came outside to say goodbye.

I recommend Tea House if you want the best Chinese, Thai or Szechuan food! The service...
