2 days ago on our way back into town we + 3 friends we had givin a ride to excitedly stopped at the D.Q.. We first pulled over in the parking lot so we could get our orders figured out so we didn't back up the line to much in the drive thru. When we started to give our order to the lady she would ( in a very sarcastic, flat voice) nearly cut you off with" is that everything. At 1 point. The other lady in the car yelled from back seat that she would like a little less rudeness. When we finally got to the window things were looking better, Lillian, had gone on brake. We get almost home and decided to pass the food out to everyone. Right ontop of my chicken basket was a hair, very obviously purposefully placed noone would eat not knowing what else could have been done. I couldn't make it out there until the next day. I was seeking a refund for our ruined lunch. I explained receipt in hand our experience. We were told that they could replace 2 items and zero refund. Im 100% shocked that they wouldn't represent themselves better by helping us to feel somewhat compensated. I don't know who i need to reach but I'd like to...
Read moreDirty little place, issue #1. Biggest problem: I called ahead of time and even confirmed at the counter that they would honor our coupons for our family. They said yes several times. So I unloaded the dog and tied him up outside (we are on a road trip so it's quite the struggle to get in and out for all of us with as tight as we're packed which is why I confirmed several times that we were good with our coupons) and got all six of us seated and then ordered, but they decided at the last second not to take the coupons that she just said moments before that she would take. She looked at me like I was the problem not wanting to pay $20 more than expected. I'm a mom, we planned for this visit carefully and went out of our way off the road to do it. So no, I'm not paying, $20 more because you lied. Looks like a failing location anyway. I don't expect to see it around...
Read moreI was just there getting a Royal Oreo for my son, I went through the drive thru-I paid and waited about 8 min for someone to come bac to the window and give me what I paid for-As I sat there at the window I watched the workers take trash out, stock their supplies and laugh and joke with each other- One of the workers finally came to the window with someone else order- (the car behind me) When I explained to him that was not my order and what I ordered and paid for and was waiting for- The worker that took my money came to the window and looked lost- another dark haired girl came up and wanted to know what was going on- she was rude and blamed it on the computer and said "he is making your order now so it is ok"- No it is not okay to be rude to your customers and maybe they need to work on better customer service! I will not recommend this Dairy Queen to...
