Worst experience. Came in for a simple date night with my wife and we wanted nachos. We got there ordered drinks and we couldn't get nachos due to no cheese so we opted for a pizza and we were told it would be a minute for our food. Fast forward 2.5 hrs later with drinks happily being offered next to no food was coming out of the kitchen and it's after 9pm.... bartender said our food hasn't even been started yet! What's seriously going on here!!!??? Happy to serve booze but forget cooking food for you??? We don't plan on coming back. Patrons we're not thrilled with seeing someone walk out without properly given something to eat/discount the wait to simply dine. Bar maid was amazing but something needs to change. Wife plans to call the liquor board.
Edit: Had a very pleasant conversation with the owners. They truly seem to care about our community and their customers to try and keep everyone pleased even when a wtf visit happens. Thank you Springdale owners for your professionalism and efforts to resolve moments.
Edit: again.... we keep trying, couple of good visits with great service and food (when the women are working behind the bar) they equally acknowledge EVERYONE! Tonight was our last visit. Gruff facial haired gentlemen behind the bar helped us with our decision...
*dear owner
We aren't picky. Like the last statement when the women are working the establishment they acknowledge everyone and are extremely pleasant no matter how busy it is... not making just the people sitting at the bar the priority. We definitely appreciated your gesture and communication through email and wasn't unappreciated by any means. Our last visit the gentleman working the bar scruffy beard with hints of grey in his 40s clearly hates his job, if customers aren't sitting at the bar you are not his priority. Extra help is definitely needed on the floor clearly knowing how busy...
Read moreFor people not from Oregon, first thing to realize is this really isn't a pub it's a bar. Meaning you must be 21 to enter. Also in Oregon the term "minor" denotes anyone under 21, where as in most of the other states I have traveled to a minor is anyone under 18. So if you see a sign that indicates no minors in Oregon that means no one under 21. I can't comment on the bar itself. my 18 year old daughter was with us and we were asked to leave.
Edit: in no way is this review have anything against Springdale pub. We understand this is a law and they are just following it. Which I commend. This was more for people who are from...
Read moreA chill place, no frills but excellent food and friendly staff. My friend got married next door and ordered 20 pizzas from here and they got it done with time to spare. I enjoyed 4 different flavors and by far my favorite was the Chicken Bacon Artichoke. Phenomenal. They make their dough from scratch and you can feel the love and authenticity in it, leagues different than my usual Little Caesars or Dominos, in a class of it's own. 10/10 Stopped in for a brew afterwards and it was a...
