McDonald's, I'm sorry to say that your performance has earned a disappointing two-star review. Let's start with the customer service, which is truly abysmal. Today, we experienced the frustration of receiving only three out of the four burgers we ordered and paid for in the drive-thru. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and quality control. To make matters worse, when my girlfriend went back to address the issue, the staff showed zero concern, offering no apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. It's simply unacceptable. I would advise anyone to save themselves the trouble and avoid dining at this location. Instead, consider going to any other McDonald's where basic counting and quality control are actually priorities.
Next, let's discuss the drive-through experience. The architecture of the drive-through seems to have been designed without much thought. It's worse than a seesaw, with inconvenient layout and unnecessary confusion. Even though you are remodeling the drive-through by eliminating the play place, the new design is just a waste of time and energy. Customers are forced to drive all the way around to place their order and then go through the same tedious process to exit. It's an inefficient and frustrating experience that could have been avoided with better planning.
Lastly, the lack of marked disabled parking spaces, absence of power doors for easy access, and the narrow and unsafe walkway sends a clear message to wheelchair users: this McDonald's is not accommodating or welcoming. Such disregard for accessibility is disheartening, and I would strongly recommend individuals
I can no longer recommend your establishment.

Read moreI purchased the pico and guacamole burger. I heard the cooks say they were out of pico. Nevertheless, I was given a pico-less burger instead of just telling me they were out. I came back the next day in the evening and I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. They let all the cars through the drive-thru before people at the counter. There was a couple waiting with me and they left in anger, but managament couldn't care less because the counter person was out and the drive-thru person is not allowed to help customers outside of the window, or even use their own judgement when it gets busy. In fact, the only friendly, empathetic person working out front was directed to ignore us; in such a way, that I felt guilty for dining-in as opposed to ordering via drive-thru. Furthermore, I felt punished for not using the drive-thru in the late evening, even though there was an hour until closing. The guy running the drive-thru wanted to take my order, and felt bad, but his manager said all cars must be completed before people at the counter. There were probably 9 cars that had not ordered before I was at the counter. I walked to McDonald's this time, so I couldn't go to the window. Very poor management, and extremely poor training and...
