Mi Lindo Colima — Restaurant in Oregon

Ordered here thinking not so many people so food should be done faster well wrong waited 25min. A man next to us complaining also about the wait and would rather leave without food but had already paid. Proceeded to leave with food in hand. When we got to our destination began to eat a carne asada burrito with beans rice Lettuces tomatoes onions jalapenos and guacamole. Thinking super good until I gave it a bite and get a not pleasant taste of hard pieces of fat thru out the burrito. The green salsa was way to spicy with no flavor for my liking and the red salsa seem to be tomatoe sauce. They were friendly...

Good chips, decent salsa and bean dip. Very, very slow service, but friendly. Carnitas is of the very friend and fatty style. Too rich for me, but some prefer that style.

The meat in the tacos was chopped very small and, oddly, we had trouble telling the difference between the fish, carnitas and chicken tacos.

Red enchiladas are served without sauce, rather topped with a potato and carrot sort of mirepoix blend. Fine, but quite bland.

On the whole the food was fine, a bit bland but we found the meat textures unappealing.

Seems like a family run establishment. Teenager taking orders and mom and dad and grandma making food in the kitchen. The occasional younger kid running in.

The food is good. Their sopes and burritos are delicious and filling. Prices are reasonable. Service is prompt and friendly. I can see myself being a...
