The food at the Rimrock Cafe is very good quality and made fresh. It is counter service - you order at the cashier and they will bring the food out to your table. They have indoor & outdoor dining - however due to the rain while we were there the patio seating was closed. The person taking orders was extremely rude. They have candy right at kid eye level and my kid went to pick one up to ask me if I’d buy it for her. I was about to tell her no and to not touch things we don’t buy, when this guy snapped at my kid. He shouldn’t be talking to anyone that way. Then when I got my burger and it still had hints of red in it, I told him it was underdone. He was extremely nasty about the whole exchange.
