My friend ordered over 100 bucks worth of food after a long tiring day. She ordered a salmon salad for herself and a philly and a fish and chips plate.What showed up is the salmon salad with no utensils no ketchup. No napkins no plates. Nothing. What eating establishment sends a delivery service with no way to eat their food? Noone cares. Their food was horrific. I found hair in mine. It was cold. The philly was flavorless and the tots were soggy. My kids fish was all dried up. These guys stink! They came late and all food was cold and you can tell it's a first rate establishment. No service, poor quality, and poor timing. Never use these guys again. I would think Taco Bell would be better! I hope they get closed down for the apathy and lack of quality and service they provide. Terrible. Owner said this restaurant doesn't have salmon.!!! Yes it does. He's a liar folks!!! Look!! Right there!! Caught him with his pants down!! Door dash is not responsible. It is your job to equip the delivery driver correctly. Get you first link in the chain of the process down. We are disputing the whole bill. Id you refund us, I will be content. That's what you should do especially since you are a liar. I run a service bi and I would never pass the buck. We LOVE this restaurant! It is out of the hustle and bustle of Lincoln City, so everything slows down and feels much more calm. A locals and travelers stop, everyone is friendly. You can sit quietly to yourself, or enjoy the company the regulars whom frequent this cute establishment. A fantastic view, off the deck, of the serene river below is gorgeous. The river is viewable from the inside as well. Family friendly. Great food. Friendly customers. Awesome drinks. Owners are always on site. Drop in! Judge for yourself. I am local and come to Zellers in Otis occasionally and have always enjoyed it, however not tonight. Our waitress was not at all friendly or attentive and actually acted like she was bothered that we were there at all. We were not demanding but when we simply asked for ketchup for our fries, (had to call her over after she walked by us a couple times) she acted like it was a bother. No friendly greeting or departure at all and never once checked in with us during our meal or we would have ordered an additional drink. Not at all the usual service I've experienced in the past. The waitress name on the ticket started with a J, dinner time 6/7/2024.
