Add 15 minutes to your quoted time for carry-out orders and you will generally be satisfied. It's pizza which we all love. The prices are not great but if the location is convenient it is an option. They employ a lot of young people and support the local youth organizations. I have been going to this location for years. They are always slow. They will tell you 20 or 25 minutes for pick-up no matter how busy they are. Add 15 minutes to whatever they say and you will usually be right on time. Tonight was really slow. When they say 25 minutes and it take 59 minutes that's wrong. (I wish it was an hour so I could say it and be factual.) The lobby was full with a dozen people in the same situation. You could hear the people taking orders and saying 25 minutes. I had a guy walk in behind me and order a pizza at the counter. They told him 15 minutes. I felt bad for the guy when he was still standing there after 25 minutes.
1 kid at the register. You felt bad for him because he was working hard. If they just gave realistic pick-up times, you wouldn't have a lobby packed full of unhappy customers. One extra large pizza and you guys deliver me a large pizza and four slices on the side without contacting the customer and just letting him know. And then trying to tell me itâs equivalent to the same amount you guys know itâs equivalent to the same amount. Iâm not cutting pieces up all day and measuring and pricing whatâs equivalent I just know to go online and buy an extra large pizza so why wasnât I informed?! I didnât ask what is equivalent ! A simple call âHey, we made an update on the extra large pizza its cut a certain way and not in one boxâ I shouldnât be surprised to what Iâm being handed. The lack of understanding and professionalism all time high!

   Read moreI never give reviews, but this Jetâs deserves one. I ordered a pizza with half bacon/half cheese to go, and when I arrived at home I found the bacon was pretty much raw. I called to let them know and they told me âthatâs just the bacon fat. Itâs fine.â I am not picky. I like chewy bacon and I donât mind fat, but this was white white and SEVERELY undercooked. They apparently think this is acceptable and will continue to serve it this way. They also told me they would make me another one if I brought the WHOLE pizza in. I had already served the half cheese side to my children (who I will not be packing up and driving back) so I am out half a pizza.
