Stopped by after church Saturday night. They were super busy and looks like only one wait staff person. Husband ordered the charger classic cheeseburger and fries. Tasted great. I got my usual ribeye sandwich minus the bun and cottage Cheese. Steak cooked perfectly and tasted great. However server brought me cole slaw. I said I asked for cottage Cheese and she readily switched it out. I then asked for real sugar. She looks confused and brings me the blue packet sugar. I explain I can't have substitute sugar per allergic reaction. Next she brings the pink packet. Again I explain I need real sugar. She finally comes back with that. I ask for a spoon and more napkins. Some guy drops off the napkins but no spoon. Again I know they are super busy. So I go the pick up window and ask for a spoon after 5 minutes of my request. Once food was delivered server never stopped by to get on things. However she stopped several times to the high top next to us to see if they needed more beers. We placed my husband's empty tea glass on the edge and after another fve minutes and the server stopping by high top next to us I went to the bar and requested a refill. She brought me a to go box and the bill. She was very polite and like I said it is super busy tonight. But the service the high top who came in well after us got more service than we did. Truly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. It took 16 minutes before I was noticed for even a drink order (I was passed 3 times and made eye contact twice by a server). Upon receiving my food, my cottage cheese was lukewarm and the grilled chicken wrap was cold (I witnessed it sit on the rack unattended for 10 minutes). Additionally, the wrap was made not as I ordered. I asked for it to be corrected and they stated it was made to order and couldn’t replace it.

For average, can make it yourself easily at home food, you’d think the service would be over the top to compensate for the average food. At least the 80s vibe is cool. Two thumbs down for...

This is actually kind of interesting because I personally know the owner of this place, that means I have to give it a positive review. Even though I know him lets talk food. The food there is absolutely fabulous. Every time I go I get The Charger with cheese curds on the side.
