China One — Restaurant in Orlando

I'm not happy. I usually don't go to these areas to buy food but I went in and order all flat wings and fries. I asked for fresh and saw them throw in some wings that were already fried back into the grease. I again said fresh please he said yes fresh wing. I waited for my order and when I walked back in side I saw one of the workers standing on top of the area where they prepare the food with his dirty shoes cleaning the top of the metal where the grease splashes. I should of asked for my money back at that point but I order from there before so I trusted my food would be prepared the same way. My chicken wings were burnt hard like they had been recooked and the fries were hard as chips. I would never go back there ever again. I should of took a picture but I was taken back by the thought of this grown man splashing dish water everywhere and then try tried to put the cover over the grease like I didn't see it. This place probably need code enforcement called on them. Terrible Service. This happened right before they closed up...

So I have been going here for over a year the last 3 x they have gotten my food incorrect. Today was the last straw I live in. Bartow and I specifically told the girl in the front pock fried rice no veggies $1chicken everything no veggies I had to have repeated that 3 x also ordered beef lo mein no veggies. I didn't check the food this time since I said it 3x. I get home and pull out the noodle for my 8 year old and what's in it veggies!! And rice no pork. I called and the nice girl in the front was going to call her boss to see about a refund.

I live to far to go and pick anything else up or exchange this was joy something I did they did this.

So the girl calls back and says I can no only get a replacement or refund if I bring everything back 20 min there 20 minutes back 40 minutes I'm not taking a out of my time with my kids to drop of a mistake they made.

They lost a customer with us and I'm a faithful one too.

TO THE OWNER: DO BETTER BY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS DONT BE CHEAP

This is the absolute best Chinese food spot in Orlando, I travel way from Maitland to this restaurant to order food. I have purchased food for my co-workers who are now regular customers I eat here at least twice a month, maybe more. The area isn't that great but the owners keep unwanted guest out of their establishment, also when a certain time approaches the owners lock their door to ensure their safety and also the customers. I've never experience any issues with them, the food is quality, the price is affordable and time it takes to pick up is unbelievable and accurate every time. Thank you for being a...
