Knali's Kitchen — Restaurant in Orlando

Do not waste your time with this place. A friend was sending me a Valentine gift of food from this restaurant delivered by Uber eats. My friend lives in Thailand, and she was trying to surprise me. Something went wrong with the order and my friend asked me to call the restaurant. The man answering the phone didn’t want to listen, as I was asking about a order placed through Uber eats. He just stated he didn’t know anything about and doesn’t care and hung up. I called back to ask to speak to someone to sort this out, I got the same response and he hung up on me again. If an order is received to be delivered by Uber eats, they would have a record of it. They charged my friend $45 and didn’t fill the order. I never got the food. They don’t care and don’t want to be bothered with a customer who is checking on an order?? Just taking from people and they just don’t care. Don’t go near this place. They really don’t care.

Update one. My friend in Thailand resent the order. I actually received the food this time, since I stood outside waiting for Uber eats to deliver. Not the best delivery service, driver couldn’t figure out that the note, call the number provided for delivery meant to call me when they arrived at the gate of the apartment complex. As for the food, it was ok. As a gift from a very special lady living in Thailand, it is one of the best gifts ever. As the quality of food here in Orlando, it was nothing great. It was wings with fries and a shrimp meal with grits. Red velvet cake for dessert. I think they let the food sit a while under the warmer. The wings were small and dry, although they covered them well in a sauce. The fries were also dry from sitting. The shrimp and grits were bland. I think most of the sauce leaked out of the dinner carton into the bag. They should have realized filling the entire base with grits will leave no room for the sauce on top, so it all leaked out into the bag. The red velvet cake was very dry, old. Regarding my phone call earlier to the restaurant to check on an order through Uber eats to their establishment; well, they know what orders are made and should have the tracking numbers. I don’t know if my friend received a refund or adjustment from the first order, or if they just sent the same food three hours later (most likely), but the fact that I am told they know nothing about the order and don’t care, then hung up on me without saying another word..twice, says a lot about the quality of service. They really don’t care about the people who order their food, so I would assume they don’t care about the food just the same. As the restaurant stated, they really don’t care. I advised my friend in Thailand to never order from this place again. If you don’t care about the quality of your service or food, you shouldn’t be in the food...

I know this guy personally and he treats his workers bad not only that he would make it look like hes giving you free food and as soon as you take a bite he tells you the price of the food not only that the chicken was pink and i seen him mot pay his workers theres a man with one leg thats hurt and he works like a dog and get paid for so little and there was a lady who was working for him and she came in asking for a broom because Knali told her to "walk all the way to the store and get one yourself" because he didnt have the materials for the worker to work with and expected to pay for it herself when its his business and the woman seemed like she was struggling to walk. today there was a 17 year old kid who wanted a water and he didnt even want to give it to him even tho he was the owner because he "just didnt want to" i mean this kid was sweating buckets he didnt know where he was going and he looked like he was gonna pass out didnt even want to help the kid out. He fired the dude that had my back with the "free chicken" and all the dude was doing was being honest and he was the only reason why i bought from the place and now Knali doesnt even talk to me because i didnt pay him for the "free chicken" and the chicken wasnt even that good and mind you THIS IS A WHITE GIRL TYPING THIS REVIEW and btw i work at cricket on west colonial and mercy drive if you need a phone come to me cuz i...

Go somewhere else to eat, it's not worth it. Ordered the All American Breakfast and a Breakfast Sandwich. We received a message saying that the All American Breakfast was unavailable so they swapped it out with a Wing Platter (not even remotely similar), then another message that the Breakfast Sandwich was unavailable so they swapped it out with....the All American Breakfast...(but was just told this is out?) When we got the food, toast was burnt, grits were grainy, bacon was flavorless (no idea how this is possible), fries were soggy, and the wings were small, although the best part of the meal. Didn't eat much of it, threw the rest out. Another big part of that would be that we found a long hair tangled within the fries bunching a few of them together. Naturally, won't be eating here ever again and if this is the kind of service and food quality thats common from this restaurant, it's better off closing and saving others...
