Senor Fajita's — Restaurant in Orlinda

Have been dining in with my family here for years so decided to get takeout. Ordered our food via phone and drove the 15 minutes over to pick up. Came back home to realize they had gave me the wrong order. Immediately called and the first question when I informed them of the mess up was "did you touch it".... Drive back over and they take my correct order and the wrong order and lay everything out on the counter determining what is what. After waiting 5-10 minutes for them to sort out the order I finally receive my correct order that was placed an hour earlier.... With no discount, no extra taco, not even extra chips and salsa. Proceed to go home and enjoy my room temperature dinner with family....

Would rate lower than one star if possible... We have ordered several call-in orders and literally ever order has been wrong in one way or another. Just paid $35 dollars, ordered no guac, double sour cream, literally received the exact opposite, even after reiterating and confirming over the phone before pickup. Quality of service and price of food is very poor compared to some Mexican food spots in White House for example. Will not...

Our order was wrong and when I called back the manager or waitress or whatever was rude. They didn’t offer to give us the missing food and her response was “what do you want me to do”? Replace the food would be nice, and perhaps refund the charge for the missing food! Something on our order is wrong EVERY single time we go, we never complain and we continue to give second chances....
