Nico's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Oro Valley

I am usually a big supporter of Nico's Taco Shop down in Catalina, but this experience encouraged me to leave this review. I had ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sautéed onions. What I got was what appears to be a whole, chopped up, raw onion(picture provide). I noticed some raw onions at first, but then 1/3 way through of the burrito is when i noticed the unnecessary amount of onion that had never touched the grill.

I understand that the chef didn't feel like cooking the onions, but there was no need this kind of retaliation! I walked in at a non-busy time with only 4 customers (me included) and I'm not sure what made the chef think this was acceptable or even at all what I asked for...

This experience was terrible first of all spent 35$ on 2meals the meals were terrible the enchiladas the cheese was not melted was who knows what little hard unmelted cheese the tacos liguna tongue was actually boiled meat sautéed mushed paid a lot for them and didn’t give it so was going to take the food back and they have a sign stating check your food wow really my first time there didn’t even think paying so much for an order would be correct and if they are putting a sign up saying no return to check then I myself would hold them accountable of knowing they make the orders wrong . Never will go back and will tell all I know word of mouth....

I Ordered Super Fries and Green Chile Plate and side of beans... Everything was very delicious though the lady that was working there was very rude. She had a mean look on her face the whole time like she was annoyed while i was ordering. Seemed like she didnt wanna be there which I understand but you gotta try and keep at least a semi friendly face while around customers.
