Really was excited to try Jayders Cove out. Got there and was not greeted when we walked in. Then we sat at the table for 10 minutes before even getting our drink order. Was never given a menu until after we had been there over 10 minutes. Needless to say service was horrible and we never got to order anything. We could hear the people in the back yelling at each other instead of tending to the customers. We decided to get up and leave to go somewhere else to eat. One tip hire a waitress that isnât clearly high on some sort of drug to the point that my children are asking whatâs wrong with that girl and make sure your customers are given the best experience. I do not see that place being open very long especially with the experience we had. There was one other table in there that was full. So they cannot use the excuse that they were busy. Will never return down there to eat. When asked for our drink ticket so we could pay for our drinks and leave so we could go somewhere to eat dinner the lady said yeah hold on and we never saw her again. She said there were no tables and didnât know how long it would be, so we stood by the door for 15 mins. In the meantime, a table opened up but we were not asked to sit. After waiting again and no one coming in to sit at a table for six, (only two of us) we asked if we could take that table. With hesitation, they seated us. We ordered an appetizer and waited another 15 mins. When asking the waitress if our app was coming, she said theyâre very busy. 10 mins later, she threw the appetizer on the table. No plates, nothing and walked away. Walleye finally came about 15 mins later. It was good, but service is definitely lacking and these young girls do not know how to treat a customer.    Read moreI'm sad đ We come to the area one a year for an event. We stumbled on this restaurant last year and had a pretty decent experience. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. I was looking forward to my return trip this year. We came in on Thursday and the restaurant was empty and the staff was cold. The food was about par. I am no longer wanting to make this my annual stop. Things have changed so much in a year. MAYBE BECAUSE YOU CHARGE A DOLLAR FOR A GLASS OF SINK WATER.

Your justification for losing customers for charging for a glass of tap water is that we are trying to get something for free!
