Subway — Restaurant in Otterbein

I placed a order online my mom got blt footling wanted extra bacon did not get it sub look good besides that. I got the spices nacho chicken sub foot long got it home sandwich is smoothed looked more like a flat bread than a sub not eat able unless u had a spoon called and was hung up on so I drove to store showed her sandwich told he what happened and showed her pick of what it looked like at home she tells me (well I guess I can remake it but with a shitty look) then she asked me what was on it and I told her the sandwich she told me she needs to know whats on it. I thought workers was supposed to know how to make all sandwiches but I gave her receit then watched her make it figuring it would get made right this time no she didn't toast it or didn't cut the bread right still made my sub look like a bowl and filled . I ordered this 10/01/2023 around 5:15 pm did not appreciate...

The subway in otterbein attached to the fullure foods itself is an awesome store. But the guy that has been working there most of the evenings is what makes my review go from a 5 star to a 2 star honestly. Reason being he doesn't change his gloves after dealing with money to making your sandwich..even when there was a line and he was making someone's sandwich in front of me he made 2 different sandwichs cashed 2 people out and started to make my sandwich all with the same pair of gloves on. Nor washing hands at all.. I've been here on more then 1 occasion and make it a point that he changes his gloves before he makes my sandwich every single time and he still doesn't register to remember to change the gloves when I'm sure I'm not the only person that has asked...

I didn't go inside... Ordered through the App... App says my food would be ready by a certain time... I get there a little early but wait patiently... Someone walks out and heads my way and I notice nothing in their hands... They waited until my pick up time to tell me they didn't have the type of bread I requested... Then I had to wait until they made it from the start... I was not pleased... I don't think I'm going to use that...
