We went on a Sunday, November 5th, and it was wonderful!!! We actually had no intention of eating there. Just picking up our kids from their grandma and this was the meeting place. My son was hungry and demanded we eat so we did and I'm so glad we did! I got tbe Cowboy Burger and my husband got the burger, cannot remember the name, but it has jalapeños and chipotle mayo and both were phenomenal! My sons got the Mac and Cheese and that was wonderful too! The regular and curly fried were homemade and fantastic. The homemade chips were chef's kiss! The ranch was to die for and even my husband who hates bbq sauce loves theirs!! The atmosphere wad so fun and our waitress was super attentive and friendly!! We will without a doubt most definitely be back! If we had any complaint at all it would be there was no changing station for kiddos in the men's room. If they added that the place would he perfect!! Would like to add they had a place outside to eat as well if it...
Read moreI've eaten here three days in a row, so the food must be pretty good. The first two days I got take out while at work. I went back on Sunday to watch football. The owners and some of the regulars are Vikings fans like me, and the Vikings won, so I had a very good time. As a sports bar, it acquits itself pretty well. They focus on the NFL on Sunday as they should - no live music, karaoke, or trivia. The TVs are a bit on the small side, but it's a smaller space. The big screens are projection TVs, but very sharp and bright. The food is a cut above ordinary bar food. I'm especially fond of the fried mushrooms. The gumbo is good for what it is, but I'm not personally a fan of gumbo with a strong tomato base like that available at Benchwarmers. Overall, it's not much to look at inside or out, and it's odd that the restrooms are located in the foyer, but it's clean and comfortable with good food and strong friendly service. I...
Read moreThis place has really gone downhill. For starters it takes 90 minutes to get your food. After waiting for an hour, we politely asked the waitress how much longer it would be on our food and were rudely told, that when they're busy, it takes 90 minutes. Mind you there were only 5 tables with people at them when we arrived and we didn't see any to go orders leave. Over an hour for food is ridiculous, anywhere, regardless of how busy they are. This is the 3rd time we've waited over an hour, which is why we hadn't been there for a few weeks. The food is hit and miss, sometimes it's great sometimes its just ok. The salad bar is not kept up with so don't plan on eating anything more than lettuce. We were told there was soup, and in the 2 hours we were there, they never did bring any soup out. Sad to say, as we use to go at least once a week, but it will be a very long time before we ever go back, if we...
