We are very dissatisfied with the service we received tonight. We arrived at the drive thru around 1:20 A.M. Did not leave the property until sometime after 1:50 and with no food. We sat at the speaker for about 15 minutes and nobody welcomed us or asked what we wanted to order besides the automated voice, eventually we got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window to order. We waited at the first window for a good 5 minutes, nobody came. Then proceed to wait behind a Chevy Equinox for another 10 or so minutes until we got to the second window. At which point we were met by some girl who was very rude when we tried to explain how we had sat at the speaker for as long as we did so we just requested to order there, she started complaining how they were so behind and if we wanted to order we would have to pull back around which to us meant we would have to wait at least another half hour. By now we felt so disrespected and belittled by the staff and the way we were spoke to that we decided to leave. We have been coming to south side McDonald's here in town regularly for a long time, and in our opinion (and others) it feels that when the old building was still here, the staff was much more respectful, the service was quicker, and up to standard. In our experience the only staff members that are reliable are the ones on second shift, one staff member in particularly (Bailey) has been nothing but courteous and quick to fix any issues that we might of had.
Quick suggestion to management: please train your 3rd shift employees better. Both in customer service and time management, in order to make the drive thru experience easier and more convenient to late...

Seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to remake one sandwich that they messed up when it was 2 sandwichās that they didnāt make correct in the first place. I walk in with my wrong sandwich, no greeting approached by a women with no hat or name tag, which she just held out her hand for my sandwich and I starred at her waiting for her to say something all she says is whatās wrong with it, she takes it and goes behind the counter. Put in a new one, doesnāt applogize, never smiled once. The gm Sheila, asks whatās wrong and makes sure it is remade and aplogizes. All staff needs to be trained the correct way, and be polite because it looks like everyone there is miserable and doesnāt know how to do their job correctly coming from someone that is a manager at another fast food restaurant, non of my staff acts this way ever!!! Look at these pictures - itās impossible to make this up or not understand that the debris/dirt pattern is absolutely emblematic of roof water/runoff and the horrible drainage system of McDonaldās!
I simply wanted money to wash my car and see if there was any paint damage?!. (This happened to me why should I pay for the cleaning?!.)
