Milano's Pizza — Restaurant in Overton

These guys only get two stars unfortunately. I hate to only give them that because their pizza is VERY good and the delivery is so convenient. The delivery drivers are usually good too, but I have had a few bad experiences with them, although I don't think those drivers work there anymore. The reason they only get two stars is because the manager or owner (Not entirely sure if he owns the place, but he acts like it), is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He has no problem at all letting you know that your business means nothing to him. I recently asked him why my order was so much higher than normal and he offered no explanation, yet when the delivery driver arrived and I asked him, he said it was because I have to request the "family deal" and that the manager would never offer that, no matter how I asked for it, unless I used the very specific phrase. That cost me $7 extra. This is a business, not a private club with secret passwords. Someone should help him understand what customer...

Ive been getting food here almost 5 years now. Excellent pizza. Really havent had any issues. Im only 5 minutes up the street. If dont want to wait for delivery, ill pick it up. Staff is always cool with me.

As a side not. Yall got to start using a deep frier. Baking things like mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, fries,ect. They dont come out good. Im from South Jersey and know how certain foods are made. It limits what we order because of no deep frying. That and theres so much more you could expand your menu. The pizza places in Jersey have a lot more options than places down here for some reason.

ordered pizza for my fiancé’s birthday, I ordered the family deal 2 large pizza 1 specialty and 1, 3 topping pizza. When I called them i wasn’t told that the owner has now decided you can’t order a 3 topping pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple because it is a specialty pizza. Those are the toppings I chose, nowhere on the slice menu(their online ordering menu) does it say I can’t order those specific toppings. But I’ll keep this is mind when I want pizza again.
