Family Billiards — Restaurant in Owenton

My sister lives in owen county next to the pool hall and i thought that i would take her and the kids to eat there because normally the food and the people there are great but i got a surprise today the door was unlocked and i seen people inside eating so i thought they was open but wrong my kids sat down and when me and my sister went to sit down a lady came and told me that they was closed and the door should have been locked but it wasn't they had a church thing going on i understand that but my oldest one started crying and i felt so bad for her now i know God wouldn't have made us leave but i guarantee that they wont get my business ever again i wish i could give a zero star...

I’ve lived in owenton for almost 7 years and this place has always treated me so good and had always done so well with the service. Here recently it’s been very questionable, I got a hot fudge cake and let me just say everything tasted freezer burnt and the cake was very DRY. The burgers were slightly burnt but tolerable, the tator tots and the baked potato was very good though. Had waited for 35 minutes inside of the building after I had placed a pick up order and eventually they had to reask me what my order was. Nice...

We were in town to watch Dallan play football. Western Hills JV played OCHS Rebels JV team. Hills won 48-16! After game Dallan came with us and we were starving ! I knew of a great local diner perfect food for our crew! The atmosphere, service was amazing! The food was excellent, fresh , hot, correctly made! This Billards/ Diner is awesome !
