Dave - I am not sure when your most recent visit was and I do not work for the restaurant but having went there off and on for the last 12 years many of the issues you mentioned, could have and can always be addressed right at the moment you're suspecting a problem for example when ordering your drinks you get a chance at that point to recognize whether your silverware is clean or dirty before using it and before your meal is served that would be a perfect opportunity to mention something in order to receive new clean and fresh silverware plus it also allows the restaurant to address that situation in real time so if there's a problem with their dish washing machines it can be corrected and fixed immediately so as to not inconvenience anyone else at the given time. Also having worked in the restaurant industry myself a meal that's delivered cold on arrival can be taking care of and replaced immediately Plus it's obvious for the restaurant to take notice of it meaning that it was served to you cold right there and then again in real time so that they can correct the problem right there and then and a replacement can be made right away so you don't get a ruined meal and you have a fair opportunity to review and give a positive reaction and following comments on the taste all of everything being served to you for your meal not just the main course but perhaps everything from the dinner rolls to your salad or perhaps coleslaw or applesauce and then a reflection of the main course and how is that presented and how did it taste typically again the main courses even broken down in that if you ordered deep-fried cod for example you also will get I side with that which maybe a potato or starts of some kind that could be mashed potatoes or french fries and of course we would also be hoping to hear about your comment on the taste of the starch.
