Delightful Bakery — Restaurant in Oxford Township

I cannot begin to express how delicious the treats are from Delightful Bakery and how wonderful Francia was to work with. My husband and I met with Franica before our wedding to discuss the vision for our wedding cake. She made us tea and we were able to try some of her yummy vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream! We wanted our wedding cake made with vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and to look like a birch tree and have pine cones. When I saw the cake on our wedding day it was beautiful and the pinecones were also edible! It was delicious too. We also had a mini cake that was gluten free and vegan (for those with gluten free diets and our vegan guests) -- I was told by the guests who ate this cake that it was also really good. Delightful Bakery also made the cupcakes and cake pops for my bridal shower which everyone loved as well. I was a very happy bride and I am looking forward to eating our 1 year anniversary cake next year! I would recommend Delightful Bakery to anyone looking for delicious treats for any event and especially for their wedding day. Edited 4/27/24 to add: Went back for breakfast and was blown away by each thing we tried. The coffee, omelettes, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and the toast were all so filled with flavor and perfectly seasoned. This is not your average breakfast plate, each item was elevated! Not only was the breakfast amazing, but then I took home croissants and pastries to my (notoriously picky about sweets/baker goods) toddler and he loved it all. 100% worth the drive to the cozy town of Oxford!

Everything was so delicious!! The pomegranate tea had the perfect blend of sweet and tart. The hot chocolate bomb was the best hot chocolate I've ever had, so creamy and had little hints of peppermint, like Christmas in a cup! Lastly we tried the morning glory muffins - fresh shredded carrots, pineapple and raisins, so moist!! Perfect spot to sit and have a treat or to get baked goods for the holidays. We ordered some muffins and scones for our Christmas brunch, can't wait to come back and try...

Not only were the cake pops great, the service was impeccable! at the last minute and with very short notice, I had reached out to see if I could get an order of cake pops for my daughters birthday. I was told it was not a problem and that they would be ready.

The day I went to pick them up they were ready and I was greeted with a smile. I had over ordered and instead of making me buy them or just giving me what I paid for, she gave me the extra cake pops.
