Hong Kong Restaurant — Restaurant in Oxford

I've debated about posting this. I don't want to hurt anyone's business but when I seen it twice I figured somethings needs to be said. The first incidence was a grocery shopping day for me and I was starving. I did not want to shop hungry. So I went in to Hong Kong and ordered 2 egg rolls. Before I paid I looked to back of kitchen and seen a man doing prep work. He was digging his finger so far up his nose and whatever he retrieved from his nose he proceeded to flick. I walked out told them never mind. So a few months later I took a leap of faith went in again ordered hibachi. As I was ordering the same man was sitting in back of kitchen rolling egg rolls and was picking his nose rolling it in his fingers and flicking it. I will never step foot in that place again. When I entered the place the female was doing her hair over the food in the kitchen. She also had her toddler walking around in the hot kitchen area. She did not wash her hands after doing her hair over the food. She answered the phone in the middle of me placing my order then messed my order up & had major attitude. She rung me up for 2 drinks when I only ordered 1 and she acted like she didn't understand. My concern is the sanitation of this place because she was clearly just getting out of bed fixing her hair and clothes over the food. She never washed her hands. She was also constantly rolling her eyes. The food tasted like 1 week leftovers. And the yellow rice tasted spoiled. I will never come to this place again. Save your money. I also noticed when somone puts an honest review that a fake page comes behind it with a 5 star rating leading me to believe its the owners attempting to alter...

On 4/7/24. The young lady that answered the phone was very rude and talked over me. She didn't listen to me when I told her white rice and wouldn't let me finish telling her what I would like to order. She kept saying is that it ,is that it....Then after all that she messed up on two of my orders. White rice instead of fried. She was very unprofessional and needs to fine a different job if she doesn't want to work there. The food has always been good there. We want be coming back because if I am paying you for my food. I expect it to be right. I expect a folk and napkins in there also. Good Luck...
