Just in there at 11:15 am Saturday July 22nd after ordering 2 sodas I noticed you have taken chicken tenders off the menu ( the one thing I came for ) so the waitress says no they are called wings . No lady there not they are called tenders so I asked again she said oh yeah they took them off the menu . So now there not the same . Train your staff to know the difference. So I preceed to pay for the drinks and she couldn't even bring me my change . Oh yeah I give a 20 dollar bill and she says do you want your change . Food is Very overpriced. Most casinos throughout the country have very reasonable food prices. Cheaper food brings patrons in who then spend money gambling. Unfortunately Oxford Casino doesnt realize this. They took away the $5 burger night, the buffets and have replaced it with overpriced food in the Ox Pub. The players club rewards are at an all time low. There is no incentive to spend money gaming any more. There certainly isn't any player rewards anymore. Everything I've ever gotten has been delicious and outstanding! This past Sat. Was there with family and staff accommodated that fact that my mom did not realize there was cranberries on her meal.
