The Ox Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

I grew up in Oxford, but now live in Wautoma Wi. I was in Oxford yesterday and visited this bar with my fiance and sister. I've NEVER went to a bar in my life where the staff and owners were 100% respectful, thoughtful, and positive like these people were to us! They make the drinks worth your money, they even offered me a free safe ride home back to Wautoma!!!! The food is 100% delicious!!!! The owners even dragged out the karaoke equipment on a Wednesday afternoon so we could sing! I'm telling you all, if you want to go to a bar to drink and have fun, and go home safely knowing you had a great time for years to come go to Ox Bar and Grill! I paid for 3 people to eat and drink for hours and my bill was only $60!!!! The prices are the best considering inflation today! Thank You to the owners for giving me a great experience at your bar, I will definitely visit everything I come...

I stopped in for a bowl of chili and a burger. The bartender was new and working alone. She was very nice and talkative. The chili was kind of disappointing, maybe if it was served actually warm it would’ve been better. But maybe that big glob of sour cream cooled it off that much I don’t know. I ended up taking the burger home and split it with my dog. I kind of wish I ate the burger first. Even though the lady didn’t know what she was doing, I would go back to this bar just for a really relaxing place to chill and talk. The food was kind of pricey at $26 for a burger and chili and two drinks. So I’m probably going to not be going back...

The owner was there when I had lunch. He was very personable and provided an excellent customer experience. The food was perfect in every respect. My Chicago style hotdog was made with a natural casing Vienna sausage which made a satisfying snap when biting though it. The bun was steamed with poppy seeds.
