Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Oxnard

I normally dont write reviews but I was so upset with my meal. It looked disgusting. I ordered a chicken burger that included bacon combo. Bread looked old, chicken was small, bacon was just terrible. My fries were definitely old. No exxageration but this was a terrible experience. I would have gone back and showed my meal but I was already at home. I have never had a bad experience at a Carl's Jr and this was my first time coming to this location and it was disgusting!!! I hate wasting money for food that is not correctly made or decently made for that matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Today, July 20th, 2025 i went to Carls not knowing i would have the best experience ever. I asked for this young ladys name and she told me her name was Stephanie Farfan. I asked for her name because she gave me the best customer service that i have ever experienced. She truly made me feel so welcomed. This Carls Jr. at Rose and Camino Del Sol is the best! It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly, fast, and helpful. The food is always the highest quality. I have worked nearby for 5 years and come here every week for lunch, and it has never once disappointed in all that time!
