I recently had the pleasure of dining at House of Tacos, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an incredible dining experience.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Surf and Turf taco. Bursting with flavor, the combination of succulent seafood and tender meat was a match made in culinary heaven. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the perfectly seasoned taco left me craving for more. It was truly a taste sensation that I won't soon forget.

To complement my meal, I decided to try their horchata, and boy, was I in for a treat! The creamy, cinnamon-infused beverage was the perfect accompaniment to the bold flavors of the taco. It was refreshing, satisfying, and left me wanting to savor every last drop.

Our first time there ( with my family), and we were very disappointed. We asked the cashier for any recommendations, she basically just read the menu to us, with not the best attitude.... I asked her if the dragon fruit lemonade was too sweet (I am not fun of sweet drinks), her answer was "I am not sure, I think right now it is sour" because of her answer; I asked her if I can have a sample, she just say "NO". I think my biggest complaint was the customer service, we feel like we were bothering them, specially if you tell someone that it is your first time there... carne asada was salty... I went to the bathroom, and the sink was flooded, you can't not even wash your hands. In general our first impression...

Honestly not impressed at all. I’ve been to some bad taco spots, but not bad to the point where I don’t want to finish my food and throw it away. None of the meat had flavor. I ordered the quesabirria taquitos and it turns into mush. The chorizo panela taco was flavorless your better just eating the cheese. Baja taco was another one not worth it. It’s overpriced, overrated and mediocre. 2 dollars for a small container of guacamole which is absurd and to top it all off I had to drive back cause they forgot 25 dollars worth of my order. Which is only 2 items. Never going back to eat there again. It’s sad cause I’ve never thrown away so much money. #canttrusttrendieats...
