The hash browns were not fresh , and they were cold. The scrambled eggs , we're okay the pancakes were okay. My dog's scrambled eggs rolls okay. The hot cocoa was delicious thank you.. she forgot my nap can't afford and salt. A nice employee was cleaning the parking space and I asked them and he said I'll get it for you and I said thank you he was really nice.. after I went to go wash my hands go to toilet with dirty.. a person came out of the other restroom and didn't wash her hands. I went to the McDonald's to talk to the manager but it was okay I just wanted to talk to the manager and they famicom McDonald's drive-thru it won't happen again.. the funny thing is the native that was a manager the one that didn't wash your hands when she came out of the restroom but she did use the pump sterilizer to clean her hands.. I've noticed that she wasn't very nice to her employee and the gentleman was very nice and helpful.. As one of the most essential workers in our country i park my 18 wheeler and rode my electric bike to this location and the store clerk tells me to go through the drive thru because its obvious my truck and trailer won't fit and after placing my order at the intercom I get to the window to be turned away in the rudest fashion. 4 women at the window telling me to move away as if im a peasant in a bad film, not as if I am the owner of a fleet of trucks who is out in this cold weather providing for the folks in this country the foods, toiletries and much more that we all need to survive. I will never come to this McDonald's again and I probably will reframe from giving my money to this blind franchise for a long time. Read moreLet me get straight to the point. Lacking in customer service, rude, and not accurate with orders. You can't be rude ANNNNDDD mess up someone order. The woman who took my order sounded pleasant until I told her I had a code for a 99 cent coffee...then she sounded like she had an attitude. As I received my order the lady walked away. When she returned I asked if my coffee was sweet....since I don't frequent McDonald's. She ignored me, so I asked again as her and another lady just stood there looking up at a screen or something. Then she just stared at me and nodded her head. Then asked if I needed sugar and she pretty much just moved her mouth with no sound. Weird, but ok. I get 30 min away to my destination so I could eat before working. I specifically said sub for the round egg, NO FOLDED EGG. Guess what I didn't get.
