Little red building says El Ranchito. Ask for the machachado breakfast plate, not on the menu - but is listed as breakfast taco. It was really delicious, as were the absolutely fabulous huge handmade tortillas. The place is small but comfortable, the staff was friendly enough, the bathroom could use a bit of updating. The food was good depending on what you order. The cheese enchiladas were pure Tex Mex, the cheese quesadilla plate was good and the charro beans were very meaty with a tinge of spicy, delicious. First timer visiting this small business. Was in the search for a breakfast taco to sit down and enjoy. Ordered their hippo and it came out in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint I have is that the bacon is so hard. It’s like everywhere I go they all use the same bacon and it’s just hard and thick cut so I picked out all the bacon. After the waitress left, we didn’t see her again until we got up to pay at the front. I would like to come back and try other items...
