Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Pacific

This is one of the best coffee stands I have personally experienced. I visit several different locations from here to Lacey, WA. Jessica is one of my favorite baristas. She has remembered my name, and drink from the beginning. Jessica doesn’t just make small talk like most baristas but she actually remembers our conversations from visit to visit. When they first opened this locations the coffee was great. However, the espresso shots seem to vary quite a bit in quality from good to burnt, and everything in between, with over heated milk sometime as well (can’t drink for 15-20 minutes because it’s so hot) Their chai (vanilla and spicy… but they don’t tasty that different) is super tasty though!!

UPDATE- I have reached out trying to contact Gravity numerous times with zero replies. They promised a product refund that has never been given. Customer service took this from a 3 star...

Oh man! What can I say… these folks are always super nice and welcoming. They spark a conversation and engage every time while ensuring they make sure to get your order and on your way for the rest of your day in a timely manner.
