Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palestine

The reason for the “two stars” is because the order taker was VERY rude. I went inside to order a personal pan pizza which I was advised the restaurant was out of. I was very disappointed of course, which was expressed. Didn’t catch her name but she wears glasses, and has long dark hair (black). She goes to explain to me that I can purchase a small pizza. Confused why I could buy a small pizza but not a personal pizza I went ahead and agreed on a small meat lovers. At this point I’m trying to change the tone in the conversation and as she’s asking me for a phone number and my name her tone is unfriendly. She seemed frustrated and no longer wanting to take my order. As an order taker or employee you should always remain friendly and helpful towards your customers and guests. I didn’t get that at all. I sat down to wait for my order and she comes over to the table I was sitting at to ask was I dining in or taking to go (once again in a rude tone) . Once my order was ready she slams my pizza down on the table, asks if I needed my menu. Snatches the menu off the table and slams it down at the front menu station. Apparently this tone and attitude was just with me because another customer (a Caucasian male) came in and she was polite, friendly and smiling. Will not be...

I'm a very patient guy, and something really upsetting has to happen in order to get me to complain. That being said I apologize for my complaint, I was quite satisfied with my pizza, but this needs to be addressed. 7:30 is when I ordered the pizza and an order of cinnabons, which turned out to be $20, seems a bit pricey but I'd still pay for those cinnabons ;)

I tried using the website for Palestine and the website is Infuriating to even look at! I looked at all of these things on the menu, and I didn't see a price for a single item on their! I spent like 10 minutes trying to see where I could choose items to see what my total would be, and then wanted to see the deals, but the website forces me to make an account... Which I did, and it still didn't help... I gave up and ordered on the phone, and it turns only 1 deal on the website for the restaurant was available!

I got my pizza fairly quickly 7:40, and I opened the cinnabun box, and it was just awful! They look like the off-brand ones you can buy at walmart for a buck!, except they're just much smaller I've gotten Cake Donettes for 2$ that are bigger than that by a piece!

I still rate 4 stars... pizza and cinnabuns were...

This Pizza Hut is the worst restaurant I've ever seen or experienced. I went to eat dine in and im an observer so I just kinda looked around while waiting for my food and what I saw was absolutely ridiculous. 1st off there was a guy walking around the back not in employee clothes with a computer, he looked to be someone the employees knew but he wasn't doing work, and was just walking around them while they were making food. Second I saw multiple employees smoking/vaping in the store!!! Are you serious?! So there's a random man walking around and they are smoking!? Who is running this restaurant?? Not only that but the language coming from the back of the store was not ok for a so called "family restaurant" there was music playing and I could hear multiple cuss words over all of it! After all of that my food comes out and its not even good...pizza undercooked, wings with barely any sauce, and not to mention the fact that my food took forever to even arrive and we passed multiple tables with food/ crumbs everywhere while the restaurant was empty!! I've never been so upset while trying to get food. I just hope that everyone who eats there knows whats going on because this...
