Where to start.... sigh
First, we had to go up and get our own drinks, at no point did anyone ever take a drink order from us unless we were up at the bar ordering it ourselves. Second, our table ordered food, wings, fries, an egg burger, and the munchie basket. The waiter came back to our table after leaving to put our order in and told us that the munchie basket was no longer available for the day so we ordered the loaded nachos and a kids chicken strip basket for my 3 year old. My significant other asked for a bloody msry at this time. Our friends' food came, the wings, fries, and the egg burger, but not our food, nothing was communicated to us about our loaded nacho and kids strip. I went up and got the bloody mary that my significant other had ordered maybe 10 min prior that never came, ordered myself one and got a Shirley temple for my daughter and brought it back to the table. maybe 20 min passed and we our party was dond with their food and we were still waiting for ours. Still nothing from staff. No updates on our order, no checking in on our table. So I went up to the bar and asked about our loaded nacho and kids chicken strip basket and stayed that it had been a "hot minute" sunce we ordered and was met with a "it aint my problem" type attitude from our waiter. He told me because it was put in later that was why it was taking a long time. Keep in kind, when we initially ordered our munchie basket that wasn't available, it was at the same time the rest of our table ordered. There was no apology or willingness to wven try to expedite our order. We waited maybe another 20 minutes and where finally like, they just need to cancel our order so my significant other went to find someone to cancel the order because we were going to leave. We got there at 5pm ish and left at 645 without food. My 3 year old followed my significant other and while my sig other was trying to figure out our food situation, my 3 year old took a couple pool table balls from a game and messed with them. The girl, Channa (i believe), was fairly aggressive about the ball situation and was like "Are you going to pay for our $3 pool game?" My sig other walked away from her and was like "no I'm not" because the situation wouldnt have been a situation had our order been taken care of like it should. I defended my kid and used an expletive regarding her and her aggression towards my 3 year old child. We finished our last drink (which we had to go get) and as we were finishing up the waitress that was working came up and got into my significant others face and agressively told him that she was "willing to be apologetic" regarding our food situation but that we owed the aggressive chick (Channa) money for pool. I stepped in. 1) We NEVER received an update regarding our food order. In fact, supposedly it was cancelled before we even went to cancel it and NOTHING was communicated to us. 2) Had we had our food this whole situation would have been avoided because ky significant other wouldn't have had to find someone to cancel our order. 3) We NEVER received any type of apology regarding our food order or the delay in our food order or the the fact that what we originally ordered was not available. 4) I asked for the waitress's name and got told, verbatim, "don't worry about it".
We waited and were cordial and understanding until we weren't met with the same. My child was attacked and then we were attacked by staff. This establishment is not a jam. I 100% do...
